Con el treinta aniversario de Quattro en pleno vigor, Audi podría presentar el sucesor del Audi Sport Quattro (http://www.motorpasion.com/audi/audi-quattro-concept-viaje-al-pasado-o-el-futuro-audi-r4) (en la imagen) en el próximo Salón del Automóvil de Fráncfort. Por el momento no hay nada confirmado, aunque algunos rumores apuntan a un prototipo más deportivo y afilado que el original.
Este nuevo concept dejaría a un lado el 2.5 TFSI de cinco cilindros para equipar todo un 4.0 litros V8 biturbo con en torno a 650 CV de potencia y estaría además construido en aluminio, magnesio y CFRP para no sobrepasar los 1.300 kilogramos de peso.
Si todo sale como se planea, Audi podría llevar a la calle este prototipo Quattro por un precio superior a los 100.000 euros. Es una pena que el Audi Sport Quattro (http://www.motorpasion.com/audi/audi-quattro-concept-viaje-al-pasado-o-el-futuro-audi-r4) no se hiciera realidad, así que tampoco nos haremos ilusiones esta vez. Desde luego, nos encantaría verlo en la calle.
