Si hace casi un mes os enseñábamos las primeras imágenes del Vühl 05 (http://www.motorpasion.com/superdeportivos/vuhl-05-calentando-motores-para-el-goodwood-festival-of-speed) y os contábamos que sabíamos bien poco de la criatura, hoy ya tenemos información oficial después de que el modelo se haya mostrado en el Royal Automobile Club de la capital británica, antes de su puesta de largo en el Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Este Vühl 05 es un coche orientado a un uso en circuito y está basado en un monocasco de aluminio tres veces más rígido que la estructura de un Lotus Elise. Además, el coche sólo pesa 725 kilogramos. Gracias al 2 litros Ecoboost de origen Ford y 289 CV que equipa, acelera de 0 a 100 km/h en 3,7 segundos y alcanza los 245 km/h. El cambio es manual de seis marchas y el par se envía íntegramente a las ruedas traseras.
La carrocería “de serie” es de material plástico reforzado, aunque existe la opción de que sea de fibra de carbono. A nivel exterior cuenta con elementos aerodinámicos como el fondo plano, splitters frontal y lateral, difusor trasero y spoiler trasero.

Con una relación peso/potencia de más de 400 CV por tonelada, el Vühl 05 está pensado para circuito pero es apto para circular por carretera en lugares como el Reino Unido, donde pretenden vender la gran mayoría de ellos. El precio en dicho mercado podría partir de unas 60.000 libras esterlinas, 74.000 euros al cambio.
La compañía mejicana tiene capacidad para fabricar 50 unidades anuales de este deportivo en sus instalaciones de México DF.
