Sebastian Vettel aseguró no entender por qué se pinchó una de sus ruedas en la segunda tanda de entrenamientos del Gran Premio de Bélgica, en un día "muy positivo" en el marcó el mejor tiempo de la tanda. "No sabemos qué ha pasado todavía.
