http://img.motorpasion.com/2012/05/Polo%20(2).jpg Volkswagen trabaja en un Polo R WRC (http://www.motorpasion.com/tuning-preparaciones/volkswagen-polo-r-wrc-street-con-220-cv-por-argumento) pero con algo que se echaba de menos, la tracción total. El Polo R WRC de calle tiene tracción delantera y un 2.0 TSI con 220 CV, mucho para lo que se estila hoy en el segmento (1.6 y 200 CV). Pues bien, en VW han entrado en razón, ese coche pedía a gritos más control.
Desde Autobild cuentan cómo han probado uno de los dos prototipos de Polo R WRC 4×4, además tienen una ganancia de 30 CV. En otras palabras, una alternativa más económica que el Audi A1 Quattro (http://www.motorpasion.com/audi/audi-a1-quattro-ya-esta-aqui-el-a1-que-estabamos-esperando). El 4×4 hace 100 km/h desde parado en menos de 6 segundos, el delantera lo hace en 6,4.
Si el Polo R WRC cuesta en España 34.860 euros, podemos añadirle tranquilamente 3.000 euros al precio por el “tuneo” y los componentes añadidos. Desde luego sería un pepinazo, mucha potencia (y bien repartida), poco peso, y una carrocería atractiva. Eso sí, ni superventas, ni accesible.
