Ya existe el Jaguar XFR-S berlina (http://www.motorpasion.com/berlinas/jaguar-xfr-s-2013), con 549 caballos de potencia y un precio de 126.202 euros. La variante familiar sería un rival de Audi RS 6 Avant (http://www.motorpasion.com/audi/el-audi-rs6-avant-2013-ya-es-oficial), Mercedes E 63 AMG Estate (http://www.motorpasion.com/mercedes/mercedes-benz-e-63-amg-2013) o BMW M6 Grand Coupe (http://www.motorpasion.com/bmw/bmw-m6-gran-coupe-2013).
Salvo que implique una mejora del motor 5.0 V8 sobrealimentado, aceleraría a 100 km/h en algo más de 4,6 segundos y su punta andaría entre 290 y 300 km/h. El precio, lógicamente, será superior a 126.202 euros. Esta información es una suposición razonable a partir de los datos de la berlina, no están confirmados.
Posiblemente la versión familiar sea novedad para el Salón de Ginebra, y de ser así, tendremos información en dos semanas o menos. Desde luego ya se ha avistado en Nürburgring este bicho haciendo pruebas. La fotografía, de ser real, confirmaría que se lleva a producción en serie.
