http://img.motorpasion.com/2014/03/seat_leon_cupra_nurburgring_nordschleife.jpg A SEAT parece que se le ha estropeado la sorpresa que tenían preparada para el Salón de Ginebra, el tiempo del SEAT León Cupra (http://www.motorpasion.com/seat/seat-leon-cupra-y-leon-cupra-sc-2014) en Nürburgring Nordschleife. La revista Top Gear ya tiene colgado el video (http://www.topgear.com/uk/car-news/seat-leon-cupra-nurburgring-lap-time-2014-03-02) e informan que el tiempo marcado ha sido de 7 minutos, 58.4 segundos.
Es semi-oficial por tanto que el SEAT León Cupra ya es el coche de tracción delantera más rápido en el Infierno Verde, y para acabar de españolizar tal hazaña, el piloto que ha marcado tal tiempo no es otro que Jordi Gené. Olé.
El tiempo es sencillamente brutal, ya que supone una reducción de casi 10 segundos respecto al anterior récord marcado por el Renault Megane RS Trophy (http://www.motorpasion.com/renault/renault-megane-rs-trophy-808-en-nurburgring-nordschleife) hace un par de años. Sólo quedan unas horas para que SEAT nos de todos los detalles de la hazaña, y mientras eso ocurre, merece la pena dedicarle menos de ocho minutos al SEAT León Cupra en el Nordschleife.
