http://img.motorpasion.com/2014/04/nordschleife-1967.jpg Desde su construcción allá por 1927, el mítico trazado de Nürburgring Nordschleife ha sido escenario de épicas batallas e innumerables historias, y allí han ganado carreras grandes pilotos como Alberto Ascari, Juan Manuel Fangio o Jackie Stewart, éste último artífice del sobrenombre Infierno Verde, que se ha conservado hasta la actualidad.
Ahora, el famoso circuito ha cambiado de manos y será explotado por una nueva compañía a partir de 2015 (http://www.motorpasion.com/otros/capricorn-group-compra-el-circuito-de-nurburgring). Mientras esperamos los cambios, hemos encontrado un vídeo en el que se comparan imágenes de la pista en 1967 y en 2014, y salta a la vista que no ha cambiado tanto.
El trazado norte, que fue reconstruido a principios de la década de los setenta, recibió pianos, barreras y demás elementos de seguridad, pero el trazado se conservó prácticamente intacto. No hay más que ver las fotografías. Es corto, pero interesante.
