Fernando Alonso no acabó nada contento con el resultado de la calificación del Gran Premio de Bahréin. Apuntó a problemas en el motor de su F14-T que le privaron de una mejor posición en parrilla. "Tuve problemas con la potencia del motor toda la crono. Cada vuelta que daba iba un poco más despacio en las rectas y de hecho hice 34.5 en la Q2 y 34.9 en la Q3, por tanto, un poco ilógico.
